I have had the privilege of working in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, honing my craft alongside renowned pastry chefs and cake artists.

With over 20 years of diverse pastry experience, I’ve refined my skills in high-end restaurants like Eleven Madison Park and Scarpetta, luxury hotels such as Montage Beverly Hills and Mandarin Oriental, and in specialized roles as a chocolatier in NYC and a gelatologist in Las Vegas, where I developed innovative flavors daily. My experience managing bakeries specializing in wedding cakes has allowed me to perfect the art of creating cakes.

Since moving to Massachusetts, I’ve fallen for the New England charm. This inspired me to establish Sara Hall Cake, where I emphasize using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients whenever possible, paired with the finest quality ingredients for exceptional flavors.
